A few of us at ASPSOFT, Inc. (a software consulting company) noted one day that each of us had numerous friends and colleagues whom we communicated with often via email, yet had never met in person and wouldn't recognize if they walked right past us on the street. We asked around and found out that we weren't the only ones who had a large number of impersonal internet relationships. In fact, we discovered that it is quite common.

We didn't think that was right, so we created email2face to help both ourselves and others like you put faces to all of those email addresses that we call friends. Go ahead and give it a try by searching for someone's photo by their email address. We also encourage you to add your photo to the repository so that others who only know you by your email address can find out what you look like as well. Then, spread the word by inviting others to register their photo. You might even win an iPod!
